This is an exciting opportunity to join the Blue Elephant team, reporting to our operations manager you will be responsible for the successful management of our hire equipment and enquiries.
Our work extends across the Uk and Europe in a range of event sectors including conference, museum exhibition, festivals, awards for some of the largest brands and agencies globally.
Responsibilities
. Deal with all incoming hire enquiries
. Manage relationships with new and existing dry hire clients
. Responsibility for the upkeep of our rental management system
. Ensure that the inventory is up to date and new products are added to the system
. Assist with the resolution of stock shortages in a cost effective manner
Skills and Qualities required
. You are passionate about delivering high quality service
. You have excellent written and communication skills
. Have excellent attention to detail
. You have experience with industry standard AV equipment
