As a passionate Apprenticeship Co-ordinator, you will be part of a small team that is instrumental in the apprenticeship programme for all apprentices. Guiding them through their learning journey in the early stages of their apprenticeship with the Royal Signals.

About the job

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in Blandford as a dedicated and dynamic Apprenticeship Co-ordinator. Based at our Blandford office, your day-to-day role will consist of carrying out high quality briefings, presentations, inductions, standards progression, and achievements whilst reviewing apprentice work completed and providing inspiring and constructive feedback to support them on their apprenticeship journey. You will be the catalyst for the growth and development for apprentices on programme. As a mentor and coach, you will offer support, guidance, and inspiration to help them thrive and succeed. As we continue to work on improving the apprenticeship experience, technology will play a key role.
